I took this shot during the Matsuri(Japanese festival) they were doing a kimono fashion show thing. I like the expressions on the mom and daughters face. I didn't really know where to put this under because it's not really portrait but I didn't see any people catergories. o_O

Very cool... maybe it should go in miscellaneous portraits? :shrug: just my opinion

I would of but I since emotion is a factor in the photo I'll leave it there or I may put it in snapshots.

i really like the expressions captured here. i would say that's what makes it a really emotive image.

Ah I love the emotion in both their faces! I also really like the grainyness (is that even a word?) of the image, it really adds to overall feeling and effect of the snapshot. Shame about the head in the foreground tho, but that's the problem with snapshots. :P And atleast it doesn't draw any kind of attention away from the beauty of the family-relationship. :)

Thank you, hmm grainyness? I am not sure actually I suppose it might be, doesn't sound too off.

Haha, I couldn't think of a good word to describe it... :P And it really doesn't draw attention, I was just being picky. ^_^ The shot is gorgeous! :)
